DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

We confidently provide a one-year warranty on all labor.  Click HERE for a copy of our warranty.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

For projects under $5,000.00, we accept VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC, and JCB cards.

For projects over $5,000.00, we prefer ACH payments, but we can also accept cash or checks if ACH is not an option.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR OR BY THE PROJECT?

We charge by the hour.  Labor is billed at $155 per craftsman hour for both handyman and remodeling projects.

DO YOU CHARGE A MOBILIZATION OR TRIP FEE?

No, we do not charge a mobilization or trip fee.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES?

No, we do not charge for estimates.  If your project is smaller (less than a day’s work) please email pictures and a project description to

estimates@hie-noco.com

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM LABOR CHARGE?

Yes, we have a 4-hour minimum on labor, which is $620 (at $155 per hour).

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR MATERIALS?

We do not mark up the materials that we purchase for our services, as our labor rate is applicable for the time required to purchase and deliver those materials.  Whatever amount we pay for the materials used on your project, that is the amount we charge you.
